The decor was tasteful.

The shower was broken, as the rain head didn't turn off, causing inconvenience .

Enjoyed our room, it was huge and comfy.

The room was incredibly comfortable and particularly good with climate control and a kettle.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Easy to get to, charming location just off Chile and Uruguay.

Thin walls allowed too much noise at night.

but the outdoor fire pit was a lovely touch for evening relaxation, and the library offered a great selection of books. breakfasts had an amazing fresh fruit selection.

Staying here exceeded my expectations from my previous visit to garzon. The high-end bedding and beautifully designed rooms were great, while the outdoor spaces offered beautiful views and relaxation. We enjoyed the hearty zucchini salad and grilled fish.

Staying here with my sister was a delight, especially the fine courtyard. The ambiance at sunset was magical, with candles and a cozy fire pit. We appreciated the attentive staff, who ensured our needs were met.

We stayed at Hotel Garzon recently and had mixed feelings about our time there. The hotel itself is quite fine, with beautiful outdoor spaces and a lovely pool area. The room was nice and comfortable, though it lacked a luggage rack. The staff, particularly Matias, was enthusiastic and cute. Communication could improve. English was sometimes a challenge. Our meals were hit or miss. Some dishes, like the grilled fish and zucchini salad, wowed us, while others, particularly the steaks, didn't live up to our expectations and were inconsistent in doneness. The menu didn't change , disappointing. Breakfast took forever, and we felt ignored waiting for our juices and coffee. To top it off, the walls were too thin. This certainly detracted from the peaceful atmosphere we hoped for. The wine selections were limited but enjoyable. We found the lack of variety in the menu and the slower service at breakfast a bit frustrating, especially considering the high price we paid. We appreciated the effort from the staff and enjoyed certain aspects of the food, but our experience was marred by noise issues and inconsistent service.

The rooms were small but cozy and peaceful. 🌼 Also, the staff was not only super helpful but also really good-looking!.

Would definitely recommend for a short stint

Lovely hotel, attentive staff, the location offers scenic drives through rolling green hills, making it a picturesque getaway just a short ride from the coast.

Fine hotel with potential

The outdoor spaces are really beautiful, especially the pool area. Matias gave us a warm welcome and the meals we had were hearty, particularly the zucchini salad that was perfectly seasoned. The menu didn't change , a bit disappointing, and breakfast service was notably slow.
